Conflict Management Training

HLDI has successfully conducted four days of conflict management training in Marka district. The participants of this training were fifty peace committee members including 6 women and 44 men selected on merit from various clans in Marka. This training was intended to enhance the knowledge and capacity of the peace committee on conflict resolution; the participants were trained on understanding conflict and peace building, communication skills in conflict resolution, conflict negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation skills. This training has been conducted from 4th to 7th May 2019 in Marka
